|Recommended: YesGreat Property Staff — Love the staff and the maintenance They keep a wholesome vibe, implement safety, put the money right back into the community by keeping the trash and sewer contracts up to par. They make sure that nice pool stays clean as well as the ground. Plenty of parking. Just added a beautiful, intimate gym. The only thing I have to critic is the pest problem. I absolutely abhor the roaches. Maybe a better contract with another pest control business who knows what they’re doing would get these apartments a 10 10

|Recommended: YesConvenience Fee — This is the 1st month I am paying since moving in and while I do love the staff in the office and my new place, the convenience fee to pay on the portal is ridiculous. Most places charge no more than 6. I feel like this is highway robbery.
