|Recommended: YesJust Moved In This Weekend — Everything has been great so far, the complex is quiet and clean. The staff at the office have been very kind and helpful. Overall the apartment is in good condition and was very clean. The move in process was quick and easy.
|Recommended: YesMy Move Was Very Easy — I moved out of state to Texas and oak springs staffs made my relocation easier they responded timely and help me got my paperwork online with no hustles they are very friendly and made me feel welcome I was scared to make a mistake as everything was done Online but am glad I did am loving my new environment

|Recommended: YesAmazing Staff — Beyond measure, the Oaksprings staff has been of enormous help with any and every question and with assisting in the daunting task of moving in for a first-timer like myself. Courteous and professional, the entire staff is amazing Worth mentioning is the help I received from Serena and Tracy. Upon looking at every apartment within the area, none stood out more than the Oaksprings with their warm hospitality and prompt knowledge that helped me every step of the way.
|Recommended: YesDecent With Few Issues — Mowers kicked up a ton of dirt all over my car the other day. I would just park away, but my handicapped spot is by the curb. Noise is 99 coming from the road, not anything in the complex.

|Recommended: YesOverall — I would love to thank the apartment staff and management team. I have lived here for 4 years now, and 3 years before. They're quick to answer and resolve any issues that I have had. One call and they're here the same day usually. Outstanding apartments in my opinion. I would definitely recommend Oak Springs Apartments to anyone.
|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — Friendly staff that actually answers when you call. Apartment parking was just repainted and sealed and I always have room to park. I had to have my brother do my maintenance requests though because the apartments don't understand what I am asking for anytime I do. Stove, blinds, lights, etc.
|Recommended: YesMove In Oak Springs Apts Apr 2023 — Move in process was great and easy to do. Staff was very helpful in assisting the move in. Maintenance staff promptly addressed all issues with the apartment in the first week of move in.
